The 1st Presentation - Secondary Victims - An Ethical Dilemma -

We will describe the second victim phenomenon, the six stages of second victim recovery.  Just Culture and the risk mitigation and prevention strategies.

The 2nd Presentation - Shift Workers - The Forgotten Workforce -

We will identify health risks associated with shift-work and identify risk mitigation strategies for shift workers.
