EVENT POLICIES

  • PRICING: THE COST TO ATTEND A CHAPTER MEETING IS $25. THIS FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CONFERENCES OR WORKSHOPS.
  • CEUS: THERE ARE 2 CEUS AWARDED FOR EACH 2 HOUR PROGRAM.
  • CANCELLATIONS POLICY: IF A CANCELLATION IS NOT PROVIDED AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS OR MOVE THE MONEY TO ANOTHER EVENT.  PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINAL HEADCOUNT THAT IS PROVIDED TO THE CONFERENCE CENTER ONE WEEK PRIOR TO OUR MEETING.

    PLEASE REMEMBER THAT REGISTRATIONS ARE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER ATTENDEE FOR THE SAME EVENT.

  • INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE DECISION TO CANCEL A CHAPTER MEETING WILL BE MADE BY 3:00 PM.  NOTIFICATION WILL BE PLACED ON THE WEBSITES HOME PAGE.
