EVENT POLICIES

  • PRICING: THE COST TO ATTEND A CHAPTER MEETING IS: $25 FOR AN IN-PERSON MEETING & $10 FOR A VIRTUAL MEETING. THIS FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CONFERENCES OR WORKSHOPS.
  • CEUS: THERE ARE 2 CEUS AWARDED FOR EACH 2 HOUR PROGRAM.
  • CANCELLATIONS POLICY: IF A CANCELLATION IS NOT PROVIDED AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR (FOR AN IN-PERSON MEETING) OR AT LEAST 4 DAYS PRIOR (FOR A VIRTUAL MEETING) TO THE EVENT, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS OR MOVE THE MONEY TO ANOTHER EVENT.  

    PLEASE REMEMBER THAT REGISTRATIONS ARE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER ATTENDEE FOR THE SAME EVENT.

  • INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE DECISION TO CANCEL A CHAPTER MEETING WILL BE MADE BY 3:00 PM.  NOTIFICATION WILL BE PLACED ON THE WEBSITE'S HOME PAGE.
